期权制度在我国足球运动员培养体制中的运用

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,了解足球训练过程中出现的早期专项化、急功近利思想、虚报年龄以大打小等现象产生的原因。通过将股票期权理论应用于足球运动员培养过程中,使培养单位放弃眼前微小利益,着眼于运动员的最终成才给培养单位带来的巨大利益上。从根本上解决足球运动员培养过程中产生的不良现象。分析现存的足球运动员培养方式,认为股票期权理论在足球运动员成长过程中的应用将会起到积极的作用。结果表明,运动员期权有利于克服短期行为;有利于提高培养单位的工作积极性;有利于增加社会对足球训练的投入,缓解国家投资不足的困难。

Utilization of Option Regulation on Fostering System of Footer Players in China
