| 摘 要： | 大学生课外体育活动的制度化问题远没有解决，其主观原因是大学生的价值取向、课业紧张、体育消费意识薄弱三个方面，其客观原因是高校对课外体育活动重视程度不够和运动设施严重不足．为此，提出了制度化发展对策：优化课外活动组织形式，优化体育管理模式，积极调动学生的主观能动性，注重提升高校教师素质．
