高校体育教师胜任力评价体系构建

通过文献资料法、专家调查法和数理统计法,研制了由科研能力、自主学习能力、教学组织能力、专业知识和职业忠诚等五个一级指标和35个二级指标的高校体育教师胜任力指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,利用专家排序法确定了各评价源的权重,进而确定了高校体育教师胜任力评价体系.

A Construction of Evaluation System of Competence of College PE Teachers

The paper established the evaluation system of competence of college PE teachers that consists of 5 level - 1 indexes, namely, research and innovation ability, information collection and learning ability, teaching and or- ganization ability, sports enterprise, personality characteristic, 35 level- 2 indexes, by applying many research methods , such as literature review, expert - survey and mathematic statistics, and determined the weights for the e- valuation index system, by adopting the hierarchy analysis method , and in addition, determined the weights for ap- praisers, by adopting the expert - ordering method. Finally, the evaluation system of competence of college PE teachers is confirmed.
