试论如何提高高校学生党员质量——以广东工贸职业技术学院工商管理系学生党支部为例

高校学生党支部是党的最基层组织,其主要任务之一就是做好党员的培养与发展工作,为党组织选好"基石"。学生党员质量关系到其作为高校党建工作的生力军作用的发挥,因此全面提高学生党员质量,发挥好基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用显得尤为重要。当前高等院校学生党支部在党员发展工作中仍存在诸多问题影响党员质量的提升,探索有效的党员发展途径并建立更加完善的党员培养选拔机制对这些问题的解决至关重要。

How to Improv the Quality of the Student Party Members

Student branch is the primary Party organizations in colleges. And one of the chief task of it is to train and admit outstanding elements to the Party as the quality of the student Party members is playing a role as new force on Party construction in colleges. Therefore, it is of great importance to improve the quality of the student Par- ty members and exercise primary Party organizations role of fighting bastions. However, there are still a great many problems existing in the present Student branch of the primary Party organizations in colleges that affect the im- provement of Party members quality. As a result, it becomes a necessity to explore an effective way in admitting el- ements to the Party and set up more perfect mechanism in the cultivation and selection of Party members.
