| Abstract: | Proper teacher-student relationship is the basis of the coordinative reform,which achieves the implementation of teaching and managing models in distance open education.According to the social civilization development law in which the relations between persons turn from confrontation into cooperation,the teacher and the student are cooperators for the same task in the "Project Management Method". |
