易筋经与太极拳对大学生抑郁情绪影响的研究

摘    要:为比较易筋经与传统太极拳对大学生情志调节的作用,将抑郁自评量表(SDS)筛选出的有抑郁倾向的大学生随机分为易筋经练习组和太极拳练习组,每组各36人。于训练前和训练后分别采用Hamilton汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行心理评定。通过比较分析发现:练习前易筋经练习组和太极拳练习组的HAMD得分分别是21.67±5.32和21.55±6.01,练习后分别为16.51±5.5和16.43±5.19,两组自身前后相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);练习前,易筋经练习组和太极拳练习组的SDS得分分别是59.13±12.21和58.21±13.02,练习后分别为48.37±11.99和47.49±11.54,两组自身前后相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组HAMD和SDS,组间比较,无论治疗前或治疗后,都无明显差异(P〉0.05)。坚持太极拳与易筋经练习,均可有效改善大学生的抑郁情绪。

Abstract:Comparing Taichi with Yijinjing on College Students' emotion regulation function, The SDS picked up depression of college students randomly and divided into Taichi group Yijinjing group, Each group has 36 people. Hamilton depression scale and SDS for psychological assessment were used by those people before and after training. Results from comparative analysis: In the Taichi group, The scores before practicing Taichi muscle-bone strengthening exercise were 21.67± 5.32 while the scores were 16.51 ±5.32 after traing; In the Yijinjing group, the scores before practicing were 21.67± 5.32 while the scores were 16.43 ±5.19. The depression level of two groups were obviously lower than those before and after, The difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); Practice, Practice Tai Chi exercise muscle-bone strengthening exercise group and group SDS scores were 59.13± 12.21 and 58.21± 13.02, Practice were 48.37 ±11.99 and 47.49 ±11.54, two group were obviously lower than those before and after, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05); Two groups of HAMD and SDS, Were compared between groups, both before and after therapy, No significant difference( P 0.05). Stick with muscle-bone strengthening exercise Taichi exercise, can effectively improve the depression of College students.
