四川省高校啦啦操训练存在问题的研究

在总结啦啦操训练特征和对四川省高校啦啦操训练现状调查的基础上,采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地观察等方法,对我省啦啦操的训练优势因素加以分析,得出：目前我省舞蹈啦啦操运动水平突出;＂大-中-小＂学训练链促进了高校啦啦操运动的发展;独有的＂三步走＂训练方式具有实效性。存在着领导重视程度不够、训练经费缺乏、训练场地不完善、科研成果较少等问题;提出应完善训练管理及方法、加强训练损伤防治等,并注重艺术表现力、难度动作的完成质量等方面的训练,以促进我省高校啦啦操运动水平的提高。
