复方茯苓制剂降体重效果观察

动物实验：雄性Wister大鼠37只，按体重随机分成复方茯苓制剂组，复方茯苓制剂加运动组，糖水组和白水组。饲养9d取血，宰杀。人体实验：赛前需减体重的拳击运动员12名，按体重随机分成6对两组，减重期内吃统一的减重伙食，在快速减重1周内，实验组服茯苓制剂，每日20g，睡前1h眼，对照组不服。实验结果表明，复方茯苓制剂具有减少脂肪的作用，且显著减少进食量。Biodex测试及运动员主观反映表明服用复方茯苓制剂不影响体力，动物血色素测试结果表明服用复方茯苓制剂不影响营养状况，并能减轻饥饿感，改善睡眠质量。复方茯苓制剂可作为减重运动员和减肥者的辅助营养品。

Observation on the Effects of Complex Preparation of Tuckahoe on Weight Loss

In animal experiment, 37 male Wistet rats were randomly divided into the group of tuckahoe prepa ration,the group of tuckahoe preparation and exercise,the group of sugar water,and the group of water. these rats were killed after feeding for nine days and blood samples were taken. In human experiment, 12 boxing players were divided randomly into two groups and six pairs by their weight. All the subjects had the same diet during the period of weight loss. In the week of rapid weight loss,the experiment group took 20g of tuckahoe preparation per day one hour before sleeping. The results indicated that the complex preparation made from tuckahoe could reduce fat and meanwhile reduce diet obviously. Test on BIODEX system and subjective feeling did not show any influence to players' strength. Test of haemochrome of animals did not show any influence to the nutrition status. The feeling of starvation was relieved and the quality of sleeping was improved. A conclu sion was drawn that the preparation can be used as a nutriment for reducing weight.
