| 摘 要： | 通过实地调研、专家研讨、座谈、问卷调查等方法，对高职酒店管理专业人才培养方案进行研究。通过调研论证，为酒店管理专业人才培养方案的关键因素如人才培养模式、培养目标、课程建设、实训实习等提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | This paper has studied talent-training program of hospitality specialties in the methods such as on-the-spot investigation, expert discussion, panel discussion, questionnaire survey. Through investigation and argument, this study has put forward constructional suggestions such as on talent-training patterns, objectives, curricular construction, and training practice. |
