信息化条件下流程导向型工艺创新组织结构研究——基于制造业企业新型工艺创新组织的分析

 从规模、技术、环境、战略和文化等方面深入分析了信息化条件下制造业企业工艺创新组织的特征，探讨了信息化条件下流程导向型工艺创新组织结构构建的原理，在此基础上针对中小型及大型制造业企业的不同情况分别构建了符合自身条件的流程导向型工艺创新组织结构模型，最后通过案例分析对流程导向型工艺创新组织结构进行了验证。

Study on the process -based organization structure of process innovation organization of manufacturing enterprises base on the informationization condition

Analyzed the characteristics of organization of the process innovation in manufacturing enterprise from the scale,technology,environment,strategy and culture,discussed the theory of building a process-based organization structure of process innovation organization base on the informationization condition.Based on the result of analysis,In view of different situations of the small and medium-sized and large sized manufacturing enterprise,constructed two models of process-based organization structure of process innovation organization of manufacturing enterprise which were up to their own conditions.At last,through the case analysis,verified the process-based organization structure of process innovation organization of manufacturing enterprise.
