| 摘 要： | 辅导员在全面贯彻党的教育方针政策、提高学生思想道德素质和人才质量上承担着繁重的任务,发挥着不可替代的作用。辅导员必须牢固树立科学发展观,与时俱进,不断完善自身的知识结构、提高理论水平和管理能力,适应新要求,解决新问题,取得新实效,以适应培养社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的需要。

| Abstract: | Counselors in colleges and universities face arduous tasks on implementing the Partys education policies comprehensively, raising the ideological and moral standards of students and the quality of the talented. They play an irreplaceable role in these ways. To meet the need of the tasks to train qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialism cause, counselors must firmly establish a scientific concept of development, advance with the times, constantly improve selves'knowledge structures, enhance the theoretical level and the management capacity, to adapt to the new requirements, solve new problems, and get new actual effect. |
