高职管理类专业学生胜任力素质评价研究——基于灰色多层次模型

摘    要:管理类专业是一个面向社会的应用型专业,其学生面临就业和个人发展的压力.以用户导向为指导思想,从高职管理类专业学生就业市场需求特征出发,探讨高职管理类专业学生的胜任力素质构成,建立基于胜任力模型的高职管理类专业学生素质综合评价指标体系,将层次分析法和灰色系统理论相结合对高职管理类专业学生素质进行综合评价,并用实例对该方法进行验证.
