| 摘 要： | 全球经济一体化的到来,促使我国民营企业将在更大范围和更深程度上参与国际竞争和合作。而我国单个民营企业受自身规模、资金、人力资源等条件的限制,导致R&D能力严重不足,并制约其科技竞争力的培育。在此种情况下,提出民营企业应构建虚拟技术创新联盟,发挥各成员的最大效用,为民营企业培育科技竞争力。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the integration of global economy, private enterprises in china would participate in international competition and cooperation with the bigger range and the deeper extent. However, because of the restricts derived from little scale, capital, human resources, private enterprises face the serious shortage of R&D capability, which restricts the cultivation of science and technology competitiveness. Based on the analysis above, the authors suggest that private enterprises should construct virtual technological innovation alliances, and exert the most effect of each member of alliances to cultivate science & technology competitiveness of private enterprises. |
