| 摘 要： | 中国共产党是全国各族人民民生的忠实维护者和代表者，从她诞生直到第十七次全国代表大会召开以来的革命和建设的实践都证明了这一点.《中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会工作报告》将民生置于科学发展观之下，寓于和谐社会之中，反映了中国共产党新一代中央领导集体把握民生脉动的追求及以人为本的价值观。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China is a faithful defender and practitioner for the people＇ s livelihood in China. From the foundation of the CPC to the 17th National Congress of the Party , the role of a faithful defender and practitioner for the people＇s livelihood has been proved by the history of her revolution. The people＇s livelihood mentioned in the 17th National Congress Report can be regarded as a reflection of a new value philosophy, which represent the mission and pursuer of the new - generation leaders in China. |
