| 摘 要： | 高校扩招前后新生情况明显不同，在个人情况、家庭情况方面都有较大变化，其素质也有下降趋势。我们应针对扩招后新生特点，积极进行素质教育，打好新生大学生活的基础，培养高素质人才。
