| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术的发展为高校学生工作信息化建设提供了难得的发展机遇，但与此同时也向高校学生工作管理者提出了更高要求，因此研究高校学生工作者的信息素养问题具有积极意义。文章在对信息素养的概念进行总结的基础上，拟对高校学生工作者信息素养的构成及养成进行讨论，以期为高校信息化建设提供理论补充。
