现代学徒制发展现状及对策研究——以天津高职院校为例

现代学徒制是一种创新技术技能人才培养模式。全国高职院校正在积极进行现代学徒制试点工作,并取得了一定的成效,但在发展和实践的过程中,也出现了一些问题。本文对现代学徒制的现状进行研究,提出了相应的对策,包括完善相关法律法规、加快"双导师"建设步伐、激励企业参与热情、依据用人需求完善课程体系。

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Modern Apprenticeship:Taking Higher Vocational Colleges in Tianjin as an Example

Modern apprenticeship is an innovative mode for the training of technical and skilled talents.Higher vocational colleges across the country are actively carrying out pilot work on modern apprenticeships and have achieved certain results.However,during its development and practice,some problems have appeared.This paper studies the current situation and proposes corresponding countermeasures,such as improving relevant laws and regulations,speeding up the construction of"dual mentors",encouraging enterprises to participate in it,and improving the curriculum system based on the needs of employees.
