关于本科小学教育专业人才培养模式的思考

摘    要:本科学历小学师资的培养,是时代发展的必然。从五个方面探讨高等师范院校如何培养本科小学教育专业人才:改革招生制度、加强专业技能训练、改革课程设置、强化教育研究训练、深化伙伴关系。其目的在于试图建构一种较合理的培养模式,提高人才培养的质量。

Abstract:The cultivation of teachers with undergraduate courses in primary schools become necessary with the development of our society. For lack of experience, there are a lot of deficiencies in the process of the cultivation. The main task of this article is to research from five aspects and explore the possibilities for different solutions: reforming the system of recruiting students; strengthening the training on the basic skills of the students; reforming the curricula; strengthening the research of education; deepening the partner relationship between the colleges or universities and primary schools. In my view, the teachers' colleges or universities should take the measures to search a quite proper way of teachers' training and improve the abilities of the students.
