关于本科小学教育专业人才培养模式的思考

本科学历小学师资的培养，是时代发展的必然。从五个方面探讨高等师范院校如何培养本科小学教育专业人才：改革招生制度、加强专业技能训练、改革课程设置、强化教育研究训练、深化伙伴关系。其目的在于试图建构一种较合理的培养模式，提高人才培养的质量。

On Reforming the Mode to Train Primary Education Graduates

The cultivation of teachers with undergraduate courses in primary schools become necessary with the development of our society. For lack of experience, there are a lot of deficiencies in the process of the cultivation. The main task of this article is to research from five aspects and explore the possibilities for different solutions: reforming the system of recruiting students; strengthening the training on the basic skills of the students; reforming the curricula; strengthening the research of education; deepening the partner relationship between the colleges or universities and primary schools. In my view, the teachers' colleges or universities should take the measures to search a quite proper way of teachers' training and improve the abilities of the students.
