| 摘 要： | 社会体育在某种程度上是衡量一个国家体育发展水平高低的重要指标。本文指出了政治因素、经济因素、人口因素、社会体育意识分别为社会体育的影响因素。同时对我国社会体育的现状进行了分析，并在此基础上，为有效实施全民健身计划、有效链接学校体育与社会体育、建立完善体育管理体制，旨在促进社会体育的发展。

| Abstract: | To some extent social sports is one of the important indices to measure a country for sports development level. This paper points out politics, economy, population and sports consciousness are influence factors of social sports. The current situation of social sports in our country is analysed, and on this basis some corresponding measures to the development of social sports including effective implementation of the national fitness program, effective links to the school sports and social sports, setting up and improvement of sports management system are put forward to promote the development of social sports. |
