新形势下体育教师自身建设的研究

随着高校体育教学改革的不断深入,体育课程教学由应试教育向素质教育转型,并逐步落实到教材内容、组织管理、教学方法和评价办法的改革。这就要求高校体育教师在转变观念的同时提高自身品德素质、教学素质、科研能力等项素质,适应新时期体育课程改革的需要,提高教学质量,完成《纲要》提出的教育目标,实现对学生素质教育的目的。
