| 摘 要： | 从供应链管理绩效评价的现状及意义出发,提出将利益相关者理论运用到供应链管理绩效评价中,通过对利益相关者的利益要求和贡献权衡,设立了一系列供应链管理绩效评价指标。还结合运用了层次分析法,使得评价方法更科学合理。最终形成一套科学的、且实用性强的供应链管理绩效评价体系。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the actuality and meaning of supply chain management performance measurement,we find that applying the stakeholder theory to supply chain management performance measurement would be useful and feasible.And through balancing the benefit requirement and contribution of stakeholders,we set up a series of supply chain management performance measurement index.Furthermore,using analytical hierarchy process,we make the measurement method more scientific.Finally,with these indexes and the method,we form a scientific and strong-applied supply chain management performance measurement system. |
