| 摘 要： | 教学督导是高校完善内部教学质量监控体系，提高教育教学质量的重要举措。教学督导要在实践中不断完善工作机制，把握处理各方关系原则，正确处理和协调好五个关系，使教学督导在高校教育教学改革和发展中发挥更大作用。

| Abstract: | Teaching supervision,the teaching quality improving and monitoring system in universities and colleges,is an important measure to improve education and teaching quality.It also suggests that teaching supervision should keep improving its working facility in the practice,assist to principles while dealing with various relationships,and deal with and coordinate five relationships correctly.Thus teaching supervision might play a more important role in university teaching reform and development. |
