模拟法庭德育功能的应用研究

通过模拟法庭机制模拟解决学校内发生的各种学生问题,通过控辩双方的质证、辩论,提高的权利保障意识;通过角色扮演,增强“感同身受”的教育效果;通过扩大参与范围,让更多的学生参与模拟庭审过程,达到扩大法纪宣传教育目的,提高学生的规则意识,实现模拟法庭的德育功能。

Applied Research on Moral Function of Moot Court

This paper simulates and solves the various student problems occurred in the schools through moot court mechanism,improves the students’awareness of rights protection through the cross-examination and debate of parties of prosecution and defense;enhances the education effect of“empathy”through role play;and arranges more students to take part in the trial process of moot court through enlargement of participation scope,so as to reach the purpose of expanding the publicity and education of law and discipline,improve the students’sense of rules,and realize the moral function of moot court.
