| Abstract: | The level differences in modern basketball are mainly reflected in the ability of completing technical movements in the antagonism with high speed.This article intends to analyze the technical essentials in the action of turning and withdrawing step and shooting performed by the professional basketball players of NBA,and to express its practical and effective functions in games,and to offer related training methods and also to explore the methods and ways to improve and promote the technical level of basketball in our country. |
