| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料与逻辑思维法阐述上海市建设国际一流体育大都市的重要意义,概括国际化一流体育大都市的内涵和特征。分析上海市建设国际一流体育大都市的现状及与国际化一流体育大都市存在的差距。提出上海市发展体育民生工程,加强上海市政府的体育公共服务职能,加强体育文化建设,打造精品的体育赛事等建设国际化体育大都市的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Adopt literature information and the law of logical thought to formulate the importance of the construction of the city of Shanghai to an international super city of sports,summarise the connotation and characteristics of international super city of sports.Analyse present state of the construction of the city of Shanghai to an international super city of sports and the gap with international super cities of sports.Finally advance some development strategies of the city of Shanghai——develop sports＇ projects of people＇s livelihood,strengthen the public service function and construction of sports＇culture of shanghai municipal government,build wonderful sports events,and so on. |
