| 摘 要： | 我国体育社团政府管理模式陷入了法律化的困境,主要体现为民间体育社团合法律性不足,官方体育社团合正当性不足,体育社团法律化层次不高。主要原因在于,我国体育社团法制建设滞后于公民的体育结社需求,我国政府对于体育社团的定位偏离了社团的本质属性,管理者淡薄的法治意识阻碍了体育社团管理法律化的实施。

| Abstract: | Sports associations＇ government administration mode in China has get into the legalization dilemma,which shows the legalitat of folk sports associations is inadequate,the legitimacy of official sports associations is inadequate,and the level of sports associations legalization isn＇t high.The reasons are that sports associations legalization building lags civil sports association need,the orientation for sports organizations from our government is deviated from essential attribute of associations,the weak awareness of rule of law of administrator hampers sports associations legalization＇s implementation. |
