摘    要:中国虽然已成为世界体育用品制造大国,而非体育用品制造强国,其根本原因在于中国体育用品企业创新能力的匮乏。在阐释企业创新能力理论的基础上,深刻揭示我国体育用品企业创新能力存在的问题,并针对问题从组织创新和技术创新两个方面寻觅解决的策略,为我国体育用品企业提升创新能力提供借鉴。

Abstract:Although China has become the biggest sporting goods manufacturing country in the world,instead of sporting goods manufacturing power,the fundamental reason is that Chinese sports goods enterprises lack innovation capabilities.Based on elaborating the theory of enterprises innovation,this paper profoundly reveals the problems of sports goods enterprises' innovation capabilities,and it finds countermeasures to solve problems from both organizational innovation and technological innovation,it provides reference for sports goods enterprises to enhance innovation capabilities.
