摘    要:观察不同低氧训练方式对血清瘦素、下丘脑神经肽Y、下丘脑瘦素受体、血脂及其体重等指标的影响,探求低氧训练影响机体血脂、体重变化的机理。实验对象:SD大鼠50只,随机分为高住高训组(HiHi)、高住低训组(HiLo)、高住对照组(HiCo)、低训对照组(LoCo)和低住低训组(LoLo),进行4周不同低氧状态下的游泳训练。低氧环境的氧浓度为12.7%(相当于海拔4000m)。实验方法:血清leptin和下丘脑NPY用放射免疫分析法测定,血脂用全自动生化分析仪测定,下丘脑leptin受体采用放射配体检测法测定。结果:1)低氧暴露4周血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL升高;2)低氧训练4周,血清TC、HDL、TG、LDL降低,但HiLo组降低血清TG作用较HiHi组显著;3)低氧暴露和低氧训练4周,均观察到血清Leptin、下丘脑NPY有下降趋势;4)低氧暴露和低氧训练4周,下丘脑K1、K2没有变化,但下丘脑q1、q2分别增大。结论:1)低氧暴露4周可能有升高血脂的作用;2)低氧训练4周血脂可能降低;3)低氧暴露或低氧训练4周,下丘脑Leptin受体结合容量可能增大,使下丘脑NPY的分泌下降,抑制体重的增长。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the change of serum leptin,hypothalamus leptin receptor,hypothal- amus neuropeptide Y,serum Lipids,body mass parameters of SD rat through the training at dif- ferent hypoxia training in order to explore the mechanism of changes of serum Lipids and body mass in the hypoxic training.Fifty male SD rat were divided into 5 groups:living high and train- ing high group(HiHi),living high and training low group(HiLo),living high group(HiCo),living low and training low group(LoLo)and living low group(LoCo).The hypoxia experiment was at condition of 12.7% oxygenic level,equivalent to 4000m above sea level.The duration of experi- ment was 4 week.Hypothalamus neuropeptide Y and serum leptin detected by radio immunoas- say;hypothalamus leptin receptor by Radioligand,serum lipids detected by automatic biochemis- try analyzer.The result showed that exposure to hypoxia for 4 week increases serum TC,TG, H DL,LDL levels;Exposing to hypoxia with training for 4 week,serum TC,TG,HDL,LDL lev- els decreased and TG decreased more in HiLo group than in HiHi group;Exposing to hypoxia or to hypoxia with training for 4 week,hypothalamus neuropeptide Y,serum Leptin level decreased and leptin receptor'binding capacity increased without any change in leptin receptor' activity lev- els.Conclusions:1.Exposing to hypoxia for 4 week,serum lipids level might be increased.2.Ex- posing to hypoxia with training for 4 week,serum lipids might be decreased.3.Being increased leptin receptor' binding capacity might mediate a decline of hypothalamus neuropeptide Y and body mass.
