| Abstract: | It has theoritically studied the risk principle in enterprise's technology development and designed the risk factor system. Based on expert consult and analyzing their affect degree,it points out main risk factors which should be countered by enterprise;and sets up a three-dimension countermeasure system against technology development risk,which consists of enterprise,social and government. |
