Causation, Treatment and Precaution on the Professional Athletes' Wrist Injury

Wrist injury is a common sports injury in the professional athletes group.Less influence of early wrist injury on the training results in most athletes’ carelessness and late treatment,and the wrist injury will further worsen and will be protracted into a long course of disease.If the ischemic necrosis of cartilage or bone occurs,their athletic performance and even their future life will be severely affected.By analyzing the causation on the professional athletes’ wrist injury,elaborating the internal and external factor and the pathological mechanisms,the paper puts forward the clinical manifestation,therapeutic method and prophylactic measures in order to help the athletes have more reasonable training and actively cooperate with the medical staff,effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of wrist injury and the resulting adverse effects.
