为了适应当今社会对专业设计人才的要求,现代高职艺术设计教育当从素质及能力方面入手,运用科学有效的教学手段培养学生的自主意识与探究精神,培养学生对信息的正确处理和创新应用能力,引导学生在教学实践与项目实战中形成团队意识和强烈的责任感,使之逐渐具备设计师的基本素质,为社会相关部门输送高素质的应用型技术人才。

Practice and Exploration of Training the High Quality Students in the Major of Art Design

In order to meet the society's requirements to professional talents nowadays, modern vocational education of art design should start with the quality and ability. It should use the scientific and effective methods to cultivate students' awareness of independence and studying spirit. It should train students' abilities on how to deal with the information properly and how to blaze new trails in it. It also should lead the students to developing the consciousness of teamwork and strong sense of duty in the practice of teaching and project. The purposes are to make the students possess the essential qualities of being a designer and provide the related department of society with talents who have high qualities and whose skills can be applied.
