运动训练对大鼠海马CA3区VEGF表达的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:目的探讨运动训练对大鼠海马CA3区VEGF表达的影响。方法采用大鼠跑台训练方式建立运动训练模型。运用免疫组织化学SABC法显示海马CA3区VEGF的表达。结果在海马CA3区内,可以明显观察到神经元间有VEGF阳性表达,其阳性表达为疲劳运动组>有氧运动组>安静对照组,各组间均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论大强度疲劳运动可促使海马CA3区毛细血管显著性增生,而有氧运动大鼠海马CA3区毛细血管增生则出现下降趋势,推测不同强度运动大鼠海马CA3区VEGF的阳性表达与运动性中枢疲劳的产生有关。

Abstract:Aim: Studying the influence of exercise on the expression of VEGF in rat hippocampus CA 3 area.Methods: To Use rat treadmill training as exercise model and immunohistochemical technique is used for the expression of VEGF in rat hippocampus CA 3 area.Results: Positive expression of VEGF can be observed clearly between nerve cell in hippocampus CA 3 area,and the order of the positive expression is as following: the fatigue group > the exercise with oxygen group > comparison group.There are obvious differences among groups.Conclusion: High intense fatigue sport can increase obviously capillary vessel in CA 3 area,but it's a decrease with exercise with oxygen group.It suppose that different intensity exercises can influence the expression of VEGF in rat hippocampus CA 3 area and are relative with sports central fatigue.
