中外竞技健美操女单项目难度编排对比分析

运用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法，对2006年第九届世界健美操锦标赛女单冠军和我国女单比赛套路中的难度动作进行研究分析。结果表明：我国选手难度动作在成套动作中分布的均衡性与冠军选手差别不大，在难度动作组别的选择上，我国选手对A类、B类动作的选择均少于冠军选手，在难度级别的选择上以及难度组别在成套中出现顺序的多样性上均不及冠军选手，在联合难度动作上我国选手优于冠军选手，但难度级别在成套动作中的编排上与冠军选手有一定差距。

A Comparative Analysis on Difficulty in Arrangement of Individual Female' Competitive Aerobics between China and Foreign Countries

By Using the method of documentation,video tapes observation and statistic analysis,we analyzed the difficult parts of the champion and our country matches in motions arrangement of individual female in the 9th world aerobics championship in the 2006.The result indicated that,the difference is not big in the proportionate for the difficulty distributes in the complete set movement between the champion and our country,our country has less choice in the kinds of A,B than the champion.The champion match is superior to our country in the choice of the difficulty rank and the multiplicity which appear in the complete set movement,Our country surpasses the champion match in the union difficulty movement,but there has been certain disparity for the arrangement of the difficulty rank in the complete set movement compared with the champion.
