大学“去行政化”——基于高等教育系统的整体思考

大学行政化的弊端虽然表现在当下的大学里，其根源却存在于整个高等教育系统之中，在对当前大学行政化的口诛笔伐中，严重忽视了“去行政化”的多元责任主体，并且将学术权力与行政权力截然对立，对行政权力的类型与层次未作充分的考量，致使大学要独立承担“去行政化”的使命，这无助于建立新的教育行政秩序，在现阶段下，建立新的高教体制需要的是在整个高等教育系统内建立有边界的尽责的行政序列，而不是仅在大学内部彻底“去行政化”。

Deadministrativization of the University -- Reflections on the Overall Higher Education System

The entire higher education system rather than universities themselves should be responsible for university administrativization. The real causes of this problem are sometimes ignored when academic power and administrative power are diametrically opposed without full consideration of the type and level of administrative power, making the university pursue deadministrativization alone. This is not helpful to the establishment of a new order of educational administration. What is needed at present is a new system of higher education with clearly defined administrative boundaries, not unsupported university deadminist rativization.
