摘    要:学校要发展,校长(学校)的办学理念、办学决策要得以顺利贯彻落实,关键在中层干部及各部门的执行情况,在中层干部的执行力如何。中层干部管理水平的高低,执行力的强弱,常常决定着一个学校管理的好坏和各项工作的运行状况。根据学校管理现状,必须加强执行力建设,找准执行中存在的问题,探析深层次原因,制定相应对策,从而提高中层干部的执行力,以保证学校又好又快、更好更快地发展。
