农村利益集团扭曲与基层建设

改革开放以来,我国农村建设发生了翻天覆地的变化。随着改革的进一步深入,农民间的利益不断分化,农村矛盾不断凸显,形成了不同的利益集团,进入利益博弈时代。不同的利益集团实力并不均衡,发育很不完全,导致特殊性集团主宰基层建设,广大弱势群体的利益诉求渠道堵塞。

On the Formation of Interest Groups in Rural Areas and the Contortion

The opening and reform has seen the huge changes of the rural areas in China,especially in grass-root construction.With the deepening of the opening and reform,farmers＇ interest has been dividing and the conflict in farmers is emerging,hence forming different interest groups.However,the strength of each group is different and so a specific interest group has caught the dominant power in the grass-root level construction,leaving many other interest groups in the disadvantage position,even with their appeal channels blocked.
