| 摘 要： | 通过对哈尔滨体育学院运动系2004级网球专修学生较低心理技术的表现及产生原因进行分析,在一部分学生中采取相应的心理技术训练后,取得了较好的效果。结果表明:对学生进行心理技术训练是非常有必要的,并得出心理技术训练的一些可行性方法,对网球教学可提供参考。

| Abstract: | Zn the Tennis Course in sports institutions,The exertion of students at compete or practice is more influencd by psychological.Based on the College of Physical Education Department of 04 students specializing in the lower-level tennis and psychological reasons for the performance of technical analysis,the students take part in the psychological skills training,and achieved good results.Found that the number of students in technical training is essential to the mental and psychological skills training come to the feasibility of the method of teaching tennis to provide a valuable reference. |
