和谐社会的科学发展观与体育

目前我国处在经济社会发展转型的关键阶段,同时也处在各种矛盾和问题集中呈现的敏感阶段,因此,党中央提出了以“科学发展观”为我国新时期各项工作的指导思想,以及“构建社会主义和谐社会”,根据体育在新时期的新特点,阐述了体育是落实“和谐社会科学发展观”的有效载体,以“和谐社会的科学发展观”为指导,提出了对体育的要求及对策,从理论层面上对体育的功能和作用进行重新认识,这对于制定我国新的体育发展战略规划,加快体育事业的发展,全面提高国民素质,实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重大意义。

P.E. and Scientific Developmental View in Harmonious Society
