| 摘 要： | 《广播电视法》的制定应当着眼于鼓励和规范广播电视媒体之间的良性竞争,对有线电视法、无线电视法、卫星电视法进行系统的整合。实行广播电视节目分级制,并建立独立、公平的监督机构,保证我国广播电视事业的蓬勃发展。

| Abstract: | It should pay attention to encouraging and normalizing the good competition among the media of the broadcasts and televisions to constitute and it is necessary to systemically unite the law of wire television,carry out graded system for the broadcasting and televising items and to set up independent and fair supervising organizations so as to guarantee the vigorous development of broadcast and television course. |
