| 摘 要： | 知识经济条件下,人力资源开发与管理在企业的战略地位日趋重要,在这种发展趋势下,我国企业,尤其是作为新兴行业之一的物业管理的人力资源开发与管理现状却不容乐观;随着物业管理的迅速发展,解决物业管理企业人力资源开发与管理的问题,并探索适合现代市场经济需求的人力资源开发与管理发展对策,无疑是众多的物业管理从业人员当前的热门话题;从我国物业管理行业的人力资源开发与管理的现状出发,分析、探索适合现代市场经济需求的人力资源开发与管理发展对策,并探讨物业管理行业人力资源开发与管理的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Under the knowledge-based economy,human resources development and management is increasingly important in enterprises,especially, as an emerging industry its current situation should not be optimistic.With the rapid development of property management,it is a hot topic for many employees that how to solve the problems of human resources development and management and how to explore the countermeasures.This paper analyzes and puts forward the measures to suit the needs of human resource development and management in modern market economy,and also predicts the trend of human resource development and management of property management. |
