| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,对社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养定位与社会需求的差异进行了分析与研究,结果显示:社区体育指导、体育产业经营开发及休闲体育等是社会体育指导与管理专业学生就业的对口领域,这些领域用人单位对社会体育指导与管理专业学生综合素质要求较高,社会体育指导与管理专业在人才培养目标定位与社会需求方面存在偏差,课程设置体系与市场需求的人才类型不匹配,社会实践资源较少,不能为学生适应社会需求打下良好基础,从而导致社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养与社会需求相脱节。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents,mathematical statistics,expert interview and logic analysis ,this paper researches and analyses the difference between the orientation of talent cultivation and the demand of the society of Guidance and management of Social Sports Specialty to promote the abutment of the orientation of talent cultivation and the demand of the society of Guidance and management of Social Sports Specialty. |
