| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、专家咨询法,在多元主体需求下,分析社区体育志愿者服务的必要性,并结合辽宁省社区体育志愿者服务现状和问题,对社区体育志愿者服务的策略选择进行了分析与探讨,旨在通过需求满足,提供科学、健康的社区体育志愿者服务,完善社区体育志愿者服务体系,提升社区体育志愿者的服务水平,推动社区体育发展。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents,expert consulting and logic analysis,this paper analyses the importance of community sports volunteer service under multiple main demand and discusses the strategy of community sports volunteer service combining with the current situation and problem of community sports volunteer service of Liaoning Province in order to offer science and health community sports volunteer service , perfect the system of community sports volunteer service,improve the level of community sports volunteer service and promote the development of community sports. |
