| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心是以人为本。具体地说，就是关注人的生活质量、发展潜能和幸福指数，促进人的全面发展。高等院校是培养人教育人的重要阵地，而辅导员是高校思想政治教育的主力军，因此关注辅导员职业发展是高校落实科学发展观的必然要求。面对目前高校辅导员职业发展中存在的问题，需要以科学发展观为指导，理清思路、统筹处理，合理配置各种资源，如此，方能增强工作的针对性、科学性和实效性。

| Abstract: | The main point of scientific concept of development is people-oriented,i.e.focused on the living quality,development potential,happiness index as well as ideological and political work,thus leading to one's overall development.As an important position in culturing and educating,each college counselor as the main force for ideological and political education,so caring the vocational development of college counselors is the inevitable requirement for implementing scientific concept of development.Faced with problems from the vocational development of college counselors nowadays,we should clear the thoughts with scientific concept of development,study and analyze as well as allocate resources reasonably to improve pertinence,scientific and effectiveness for the work. |
