机器视觉在线路检测中的运用

摘    要:以机器视觉技术为背景,运用LabVIEW语言,开发了PCB板线路检测系统,主要针对印刷线路板,断路、短路、缺损和毛刺4类缺陷进行检测。实验结果证明,这一系统不仅识别结果准确,而且速度快,电路板在检测过程中不容易受损,是实现PCB检测的一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:This paper takes examination technology of the machine vision as a method, designed PCB detec- tion system by LabVIEW~ Four types of defects including short circuit, open circuit, protuberance and concav- ity on PCB can be effectively detected. The experiment proves that the method not only recognized accurate- ly and effectively but is not easy to be damaged during the detection process. It is a valid method to realize the PCB detecting.
