| 摘 要： | 休闲是人类物质文明和精神文明的结晶，是一种人生的境界。基于体育休闲娱乐活动是休闲的重要内容，是一种积极生活的方式的认识，关注人们在自由时间里，在琳琅满目、前卫时尚、还带有独特的个人风格的体育休闲娱乐活动中，了解生活的目标，提高生活的质量，寻找人生的乐趣和文化的再创造。本文探讨体育休闲娱乐活动的开展既要考虑经济、社会因素，又要重视文化因素，并提出开展体育休闲娱乐活动的对策。

| Abstract: | Leisure is production of human material and sprit civilization.h is astate of human life. Recreation is not only important content of leisure and also an active living style. Pople realize the living goal and promote the life quality and find the joy of life and reproduce the culture in their leisure sports activity in free time. Economic and social factors should be taken into account when developing leisure sports, and so should cultural factor. At last, some countemeasures are put forward. |
