| 摘 要： | 国家的地理位置决定国家的命运。阿富汗是个地处战略要塞的国家，其地理位置决定了这个国家的历史是曲折的。文章通过对从沙皇俄国到今天俄罗斯对阿富汗政策的梳理，阐述了从沙俄到今天的俄罗斯对阿富汗始终不变的策略就是控刺，使阿富汗永远服务于俄国的国家利益。阿富汗也永远是大国利益的牺牲品。
