| 摘 要： | 从公共文化生活空间的角度,改革开放三十多年来,农村地区公共文化事业滞后于经济发展,民间传统文化资源陷入荒芜的境地,农村文化队伍日益散落。这些方面导致了公共文化生活空间的衰落,农村文化生活的贫乏、精神生活的空虚。重构公共文化生活空间对于克服农村生活的离散性,加强农村内部团结和文化凝聚力,推进新农村建设尤其是农村文化建设,具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The reform and opening-up policy has been implemented for more than 30 years,public cultural undertakings of rural areas have been lagging behind the economic development,traditional folk cultural resource has been getting into desolation,and rural cultural organizations have been losing increasingly.All these sides result in the decadency of public cultural life space,bring on indigence of cultural life and blankness of spirit life.Reconstructing public space of cultural life is significant for changing the decentralization of rural life,strengthening internal unity in rural areas and cultural cohesion and promoting the construction of new countryside,especially the rural culture construction. |
