我国高校就业竞争力提升战略研究

摘    要:在对209所高校就业竞争力进行实证分析的基础上,得出如下结论:重点大学就业能力高于普通高校及高职院;就业能力较强的高校毕业生找工作主动性更强;母校的声誉影响其毕业生的就业能力;就业能力强的高校学生工作与专业对口性强。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the students’ employment competitiveness of 209 universities,this paper reaches the following conclusions: key universities have stronger employment ability than that of common universities or vocational colleges;graduates from universities with stronger employment ability have greater initiative;the reputation of students’ Alma Mater influences their employment ability;graduates from universities with stronger employment ability can find jobs which fit in with their specialty much better.
