| Abstract: | This paper,based on the tracking test of the hemoglobin and the blood serum urea nitrogen of 46 rowers in Jiangsu rowing team,got an knowledge of athletes＇ training situation,analyzed the variable values of HB and BUN,and simultaneously made suggestions on two aspects： formulating training plans and regulating the nutrition,to instruct the scientific training programs for the coach. |
