山西高校太极拳普修课教学现状思考

太极拳作为我同民族传统体育的精华,已成为山西省很多高校体育教学中一个重要的组成部分,但足在普修课实际教学过程中,却没有达到预期的教学效果.从山西省高校太极拳教学人手,分析当前太极拳教学中存在的问题,提出相应的改进措施,以期提高太极拳的教学效果,使学生获得一种终身受益的健身手段.

On the Present Situation of Shadow Box Teaching in Universities of Shanxi

Shadow box as the essence of traditional sports in China,has become an important component in many universities＇ physical education in Shanxi Province,but in its actual teaching process as a part of the general course,it has not achieved the desired effect.This article starting with the shadow box teaching in universities of Shanxi Province,has analyzed the question which exists in the current shadow box teaching,proposed the corresponding improvement measures to enhance the teaching effect of shadow box,and lead student to obtain one kind of fitness method of lifelong benefit.
